I’m Wellington, an online fitness coach, group instructor, and movement specialist based in NYC and NJ. My mission is to help you unlock your full potential—physically, mentally, and spiritually—through a unique approach to fitness that blends calisthenics, kettlebells, and flow training.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to build confidence or an athlete seeking to refine your craft, I’m here to guide you toward freedom in movement and mastery of your body.
Experience
I bring a comprehensive and creative approach to fitness. Currently, I’m a group fitness instructor at Lifetime Fitness while also coaching clients independently.
I specialize in blending functional strength, mobility, and flow techniques to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies. My experience spans teaching dynamic group classes, personal coaching, and designing programs that focus on long-term performance and injury prevention.
Some of my Certifications Include: NASM CPT, NASM CES, Animal Flow Level 1 Instructor, PPSC Functional Kettlebell Coach, Lifetime Dynamic Stretch Specialist, Onnit Foundations Coach, and Weckmethod Rotational Movement Specialist
